Coming from an artistic family, David studied at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin. His photographic vision is heavily influenced by the works of Henri Cartier-Bresson and Elliott Erwitt. David prefers to photograph in natural light, producing relaxed and spontaneous images, while remaining discreet in intimate settings. As a documentary photographer, David likes to produce truthful pictures without directing or prompting people at a wedding. He tells stories with his camera, and his images become visual records of your family history, that will stand the test of time.
David’s clients come from all walks of life, but they have one thing in common, an appreciation for good photography. Many choose David for his unobtrusive ‘fly on the wall’ approach, where photography never dominates a wedding day. Clients place their trust in his photographic skills, to produce beautiful candid images. His work continues to attract a steady stream of open minded individuals, who want a discreet observer as their wedding photographer, rather than a ring master.
David works alone, is fully insured, and offers a nationwide service.
