More beautiful weather today. Spent an hour at the beach taking photos of the many birds that inhabit the sand dunes and seashore. The flight patterns of the brent geese were only beautiful while the crows furiously scavenged on picnic leftovers.

After a very warm day the evening sun began to set as the back streets of Drogheda began to empty.

Photos taken last Sunday at Smithfield Horse Fair in Dublin. This was an amazing experience with my day starting at 7am as the first horses were unloaded for sale on the cobbled square. It was like stepping back in time as I watched young and old enjoy this very traditional Sunday in Smithfield.
