What a great place for a wedding; Borris House, built in 1731 and situated in the meandering Barrow Valley. Hazel and David made their vows to each other surrounded by family and friends in the rustic granary barn. Drinks and hors d'oeuvres were later served on the front lawn as guests chatted and children played. I just love old buildings and I really enjoyed visiting this historic wedding venue: one of Carlow's hidden gems for sure. Thank you Hazel and David for giving me the artistic freedom to capture your wedding story as it really happened. Here is your photo essay and I hope you enjoy the images as much as I enjoyed taking them..
"Documentary photography is all about taking truthful images without directing or prompting people at a wedding."
